Marbella City Council to Build 25 New Affordable Homes in Arroyo Palomeras Area
Marbella City Council is set to boost the construction of 25 new affordable homes in the vicinity of Arroyo Palomeras, in the western area of Marbella, by tendering a plot of over 3,000 square meters for 702,000 euros. Mayor Ángeles Muñoz highlighted that this new project, targeting both young people and the general public, will raise the total number of properties promoted by the City Council to over 300. The mayor emphasized the commitment to making every inch of available land accessible for such projects due to limited land availability resulting from past urban developments in the city.
