Marbella City Council continues to advance in the modernization and streamlining of urban management thanks to organizational measures and administrative simplification promoted by the Urban Planning department. These efforts have already produced tangible results in reducing licensing times and increasing investment in the city. Councilor José Eduardo Díaz praised the positive outcomes of the first quarter of the year, emphasizing not only the increase in urban activity but also the effectiveness of internal reforms undertaken by the City Council to eliminate bureaucratic obstacles and provide a more agile and efficient response to citizens, technicians, and developers. ‘We are demonstrating that internal reorganization, procedure simplification, and the adoption of new management tools are reducing timeframes and enhancing the administration’s responsiveness,’ stated Díaz.
