The Calvario-Huerta Belón Neighborhood Association will celebrate its traditional May Cross this Sunday, May 10, from 1:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., with gastronomy and music as the main highlights of this community gathering. The councilor, Enrique Rodríguez, emphasized during the event presentation, which will take place on Jacinto Benavente Avenue, next to the headquarters of the collective, the importance of ‘recovering and consolidating such initiatives as an essential part of the local cultural heritage’. ‘Last year, they resumed this meeting and created a beautiful monument to our traditions and culture with a unique scenography,’ he pointed out, while also appreciating ‘all the work, responsibility, and effort involved in the setup’.
