City Council Commemorates International Women’s Day with Program of Events
The City Council will commemorate International Women’s Day with a program that will run until March 19, including workshops, conferences, business meetings, and exhibitions. Councilwoman Isabel Cintado has presented the calendar of activities and thanked the involvement of associations, neighborhood groups, and collaborating entities, emphasizing the importance of reflecting on the progress yet to be made and promoting the active participation of all citizens to achieve real and effective equality.
