Marbella Celebrates Europe Day with an Institutional Event and a Tribute to International Residents for Their Contribution to the Municipality

The City Council has celebrated Europe Day today at the Royal Hospital of Mercy with an institutional event recognizing the trajectory of international residents and entrepreneurs for their contribution to the social, economic, educational, and solidarity fabric of the locality. The mayor, Ángeles Muñoz, accompanied by members of the consular corps accredited in Malaga and municipal representatives, emphasized that ‘if there is a city that represents the European spirit in a lively, everyday, and authentic way, it is precisely Marbella,’ highlighting that ‘it is one of the most cosmopolitan on the continent and has managed to turn that diversity into its greatest strength.’
