Marbella strengthens its green city model with the arrival of over 350 trees for planting in the upcoming months

The Marbella City Council has received over 350 trees that will be progressively planted in the upcoming months in various public areas of the municipality, mainly in tree pits, both for replacement of specimens and in newly created spaces. The Parks and Gardens Councillor, Diego López, highlighted that this reception “is part of the municipal green coverage plan and the commitment made at the beginning of the term to plant over 4,000 trees throughout the city.” The councillor emphasized that “intensive work is being carried out, with various active tenders, to acquire trees, transfer them to the municipal nursery, and from there take them to areas where there is a greater need for them.”
