Marbella Begins Construction of Sports Complex in Nueva Andalucía
Marbella has started the construction of the sports complex in Nueva Andalucía, which in its first phase includes a certified athletics track and an 11-a-side football field. The mayor, Ángeles Muñoz, highlighted that this facility, which has begun after completing the demolition phase, earthworks, and leveling of the plot located in the Guadaiza area, ‘will meet a historical demand from our clubs and athletes.’ ‘It is a strategic intervention that will provide the area with modern and top-notch facilities,’ the mayor noted, recalling that the project is being carried out on a plot of over 30,000 square meters.
