City Council Improves Energy Efficiency in Southern San Pedro Alcántara Area

The City Council is carrying out a project to renew the public lighting in the southern area of San Pedro Alcántara, in the vicinity of Nueva Alcántara. This initiative aims to enhance energy efficiency, reduce electricity consumption, and enhance the quality of lighting in three main avenues by installing around fifty new luminaries. The Deputy Mayor of San Pedro, Javier García, has reported that the project is focused on Barcelona Avenue, Familia Vargas Avenue, and Santiago de Compostela Avenue, totaling 710 meters in length and covering an area of approximately 15,000 square meters. García stated that this project addresses the needs expressed by residents and property communities regarding the deficiencies of the existing lighting.
