Marbella launches new intelligent assistant via WhatsApp to bring all Christmas activities closer to citizens
The City Council has launched an intelligent assistant service, a pioneering initiative that will allow citizens to access all the Christmas programming in the municipality via WhatsApp. The Innovation Councilor, Enrique Rodríguez, who presented the initiative alongside Internalia Group’s CEO, Francisco Orellana, explained that the goal is to offer ‘quick and easy access to festive information, improve the experience of residents and tourists, and promote a more accessible and participatory Christmas’. The councilor stated that ‘this system will allow you to know any activity in seconds, from markets, nativity scenes, or concerts to transportation schedules, mobility, or special events, all by texting or sending an audio message to the number 630 001 576’, while also detailing that it will be available in multiple languages through automatic translation, ‘which will benefit the high number of international visitors’.
