Municipality and Entrepreneurs Collaborate to Unlock Development of San Pedro Alcántara Industrial Estate
The municipality and entrepreneurs of the second phase of the San Pedro Alcántara Industrial Estate, located in the El Potril area, have promoted a collaboration agreement to unlock the development of the land and complete its urbanization. The mayor, Ángeles Muñoz, revealed the initiative alongside the president of the association of property owners in this business area, Carlos Ortega. Muñoz explained that until now, it had not been possible to receive this area due to the lack of a property entity and deficiencies in basic infrastructure such as water supply, sanitation, lighting, energy, and telecommunications. This agreement will ensure essential services, enhance property values, and provide legal certainty for over a hundred entrepreneurs and traders in the area.
