Urban Transformation Project Planned for Arroyo Segundo in Marbella

The City Council has taken the first step to promote the urban transformation of 365,000 square meters of land in the Arroyo Segundo area, where over five hundred protected housing units and Marbella’s permanent fairground will be located, among other public interest infrastructures. The councilor, José Eduardo Díaz, has announced the approval by the Local Government Board of the declaration of convenience and opportunity for this project, which will turn an urban void in the heart of the city into a neighborhood with amenities, green areas, and local services. The councilor explained that the land is located between the La Ermita, La Cañada, and Bello Horizonte industrial estates, stating that this step marks the beginning of a strategic development that will allow the municipality to continue growing with balance and sustainability.
