Town Hall Enhances and Expands Torres Murciano Square with Shaded Areas and Chess Tables

The Town Hall has completed an improvement project in Torres Murciano Square, which has allowed for the expansion of its surface area, the creation of shaded areas, and the addition of new elements such as five chess tables and benches. The intervention also involved the rearrangement of pedestrian crossings in the area, providing more space for community use. The Councilor for Works, Diego López, visited the area and explained that the aim of this project was to meet a community demand in one of the busiest neighborhoods, where many residents regularly gather to play chess, but had only one available table until now. He further detailed that although initially six tables were planned, the technicians deemed it more appropriate to install five for better space distribution and increased comfort.
