The City Council begins the modernization of the Vigil de Quiñones complex
The City Council will carry out new actions at the Vigil de Quiñones complex to improve the conditions and maintenance of its facilities. The Sports Councilor, Lisandro Vieytes, has visited the works alongside his counterpart in Public Works, Diego López, and stated that ‘we continue to advance in our commitment to modernize the facilities and offer an optimal service to users, as we have already done in other venues such as Serrano Lima, with the change of turf, or in Antonio Naranjo, with the conditioning of the 5-aside football field, among others.’ The councilor pointed out that ‘in this case, we have worked in agreement with the Vázquez Cultural club, one of the most emblematic and with the largest talent pool in the city, to meet an important demand such as the overhaul of the scoreboard and complementary infrastructures.’
