Special Security Measures in Place for San Pedro Alcántara Fair
The City Council will deploy a special security operation for the San Pedro Alcántara Fair, taking place from Wednesday, October 14 to Monday, October 20. The operation will consist of nearly 200 daily personnel from the Local Police, National Police, Civil Protection, Firefighters, and private security guards. A total of 60 agents will be assigned to monitor La Caridad area, while the rest will focus on entrances and adjacent areas. Additionally, a comprehensive video surveillance system with about 25 cameras distributed throughout the venue will be set up and coordinated from the Operational Control Center (CCO) to monitor real-time activities and manage any incidents.
