Security Plan for Davis Cup Matches to Include Over Fifty Officers

The Local Police Headquarters has hosted a coordination meeting today, attended by the councilor of the department, José Eduardo Díaz, to define the security plan for the upcoming Davis Cup tie between Spain and Denmark on September 13th and 14th at the Puente Romano Tennis Club. The municipal spokesperson, Miguel Ángel Benítez, explained that the planned operation will involve over fifty officers, with a significant presence of the Local Police deploying a dozen officers primarily for traffic control, along with the use of a drone to enhance responsiveness to any incidents.
