San Pedro Alcántara to Host XI Battle of Bands for Kids
San Pedro Alcántara will become the capital of children’s rock this Saturday, July 26, with the XI Battle of Bands. The event will gather over 40 groups at the Bulevar auditorium starting at 6:00 PM. New features this year include an applause meter, a ‘kiss cam,’ and a virtual reality zone. The Youth Councillor, Alejandro González, presented the event today, alongside the Rock Factory school director, Rafa Reyes, and the Director General of Commercial Promotion, Tourism, and Events of San Pedro, Rubén Sánchez, emphasizing that the festival is a national benchmark showcasing young talent while promoting community, culture, and family enjoyment. The councillor highlighted the municipality’s full commitment to the project and thanked the initiative’s promoter for their dedication to the local youth.
