San Pedro Alcántara Completes Comprehensive Renovation of Water Supply and Sanitation on Fuente Nueva Street
San Pedro Alcántara has completed the comprehensive renovation of the water supply and sanitation on Fuente Nueva Street, connecting with Pilar and Santa Inés streets, covering an area of 9,530 square meters. The project involved replacing fibrocement with cast iron, establishing a separate network for rainwater and sewage, creating a 1,500 m2 roundabout to enhance traffic flow at the intersection with Castilla Street, installing 40 LED lights and urban furniture, among other improvements. Deputy Mayor Javier García stated that this intervention is a necessary continuation of previous projects in the Los Catalanes neighborhood.
