San Pedro Alcántara 2025 Fair Kicks Off Tonight with Artist Juanjo Alcántara’s Proclamation and La Caridad Venue Opening
The San Pedro Alcántara 2025 Fair will start today and will last until October 20 with a full program of activities. The event will begin at 6:00 pm with the traditional Gigantes y Cabezudos parade accompanied by the Mayén Music Band. At 9:00 pm, the lighting ceremony and the opening of La Caridad venue at the María del Carmen Álvarez Moya roundabout will take place, featuring a performance by Juanlu Montoya. The local artist Juanjo Alcántara will deliver the proclamation followed by the coronation of the queen, king, misses, ladies, and gentleman, as well as the selection of the popular queen.
