New Urban Development in Hacienda Cortés to Create 270 Affordable Homes
The City Council, in its priority goal of promoting affordable housing, has given the green light to a new urban development between Hacienda Cortés and Camino de los Pescadores, which will enable the creation of 270 more properties of this type in the city. The declaration of convenience and opportunity for the Urban Transformation Action (UTA) in rural land has already been approved by the Local Government Board, as detailed by the councilor in charge, José Eduardo Díaz, who emphasized that this is ‘a complementary project to the one already presented in Arroyo Segundo, which completes the urban network of one of the fastest-growing areas of the municipality’.
