Mayor delivers official equipment to 18 students from Municipal Tennis Schools participating as ball boys in Davis Cup tie

This afternoon, Mayor Ángeles Muñoz delivered the official equipment to 18 students from the Municipal Tennis Schools of Marbella and San Pedro Alcántara who will participate as ball boys in the Davis Cup tie. The mayor, accompanied by councilor Lisandro Vieytes, highlighted the relationship between tourism and sports, leading to the hosting of important events like this one, taking place at Puente Romano club from September 12 to 14. This not only is a significant sporting event but also one with great international impact, as it will feature Spain facing Denmark. It is the fifth time the municipality hosts a Davis Cup tie, with Spain winning the previous ones, hoping for the same outcome this time.
