Marbella’s Rhythmic Gymnastics Training Center Undergoes Renovation to Become One of Spain’s Top Facilities

The renovation of Marbella’s Rhythmic Gymnastics Training Center to position it as one of Spain’s most important facilities has begun with the dismantling of the tent located in Arroyo de La Represa Park. The mayor, Ángeles Muñoz, visited the site along with the councilors of Works and Sports, Diego López and Lisandro Vieytes, respectively, highlighting that the comprehensive refurbishment and expansion of the facility will allow for high-level competitions, such as the Grand Prix, and serve as a training base for numerous national and international teams. The goal is to transform it into a modern, sustainable building with the capacity to establish the city as a benchmark in this sporting discipline, the mayor stated. The project involves an investment exceeding 1.3 million euros, co-financed by the City Council and the Andalusian Government through the Next Generation EU Recovery, Transformation, and Resilience Plan.
