The mayor emphasized the commitment to maximum quality in the renovation of the iconic establishment, with an investment exceeding 14 million euros, and the significance for the city’s job market with an expected workforce of 270 employees. She recalled that the hotel, opened in 1962, was a trailblazer for Marbella and has continuously improved to meet the evolving needs of today’s clientele.
