Marbella’s Iconic Incosol Hotel to Undergo Major Transformation into Five-Star Health and Longevity Complex
The City Council has approved the license for the renovation and expansion of the historic Incosol hotel, with a planned investment of 87.4 million euros. The Mayor, Ángeles Muñoz, described it as a strategic project that will revitalize Marbella’s landmark, reinforcing the city’s position as a leading destination for wellness and advanced medicine. The hotel, built in 1973, pioneered a health model that attracted international personalities. The renovation will convert the building in Río Real into a five-star complex focused on well-being and longevity, incorporating the latest techniques in sustainability and energy efficiency.
