Marbella to Host Andalusian Veterans Padel Championship
The city will host the Andalusian Veterans Padel Championship ‘Ciudad de Marbella’ from March 28th to 30th, bringing together around 300 players including Spanish champions and national team athletes. The event will feature players like Héctor Perona, Ignacio González, Javier Limones, Esther de Jaime, Carolina Prado, and Cristina Gao. Matches will take place simultaneously at El Mirador club and Paco Cantos Sports Center, with free entry. Councilman Lisandro Vieytes highlighted the strong connection between the municipality and the sport, emphasizing this as one of the major paddle competitions of the year.
