Marbella to approve final proposal of new urban planning in June
Marbella will approve the final proposal of the new urban planning in June, which, as highlighted by Mayor Ángeles Muñoz, will mark ‘a before and after in the development and future of the city.’ The mayor emphasized that the General Plan for Municipal Planning (PGOM) ‘will allow a much more agile development and promote major projects.’ She stressed that the document has ’65 sectoral reports, all favorable,’ and stated that in its preparation, ‘a great effort of transparency has been made, with several public exhibitions and numerous participation meetings.’
