Marbella strengthens prevention against occupation with an informative campaign targeting property managers and residents
The Councilor of Urbanism, José Eduardo Díaz, met with the delegate in Marbella of the College of Property Managers of Malaga, Isabel Carrasco, to assess the functioning of the Prevention and Administrative Police Unit, responsible since 2020 for ensuring control of occupation in the municipality. They agreed to launch a new informative campaign aimed at this group and residents. The councilor explained that this service, created after the pandemic coinciding with the increase of this issue nationally, ‘is composed of specialized agents and carries out continuous monitoring and response work,’ highlighting that the city ‘does not have high levels of this practice, but the proactive work is yielding very positive results.’
