Marbella Strengthens Its Position as a Leading Tourist Destination in 2025
In 2025, Marbella solidified its leadership as one of the top tourist destinations on the Mediterranean coast and positioned itself as a national benchmark in hotel profitability. The director general of Tourism, Laura de Arce, highlighted that the average room revenue (RevPar) reached 160.42 euros, setting a new historical record and almost tripling the levels from the post-financial crisis period (2010-2013) and surpassing the pre-pandemic values of 2018-2019. These indicators grew by 8.3% and 18.4% compared to 2023. Additionally, the average price also reached a record high, increasing by 7.5% from 2024 and 15.4% from 2023.
