Marbella Sets New Record for Hotel Profitability and Achieves Highest Average Stay Since 2016

Marbella has once again established itself as one of the most profitable tourist destinations in Europe during the past month of June, according to data from the National Institute of Statistics (INE). The data reflects a hotel occupancy rate of 80.08 percent, an average stay of 3.95 nights, the highest since 2016, and record figures in both average room price and profitability. The municipality welcomed 68,630 travelers last month, generating a total of 270,796 overnight stays. The average stay index confirms the upward trend in visitor loyalty, especially within the high purchasing power segment, noted Laura de Arce, the general director of the sector. She highlighted that the town achieved a Revenue per Available Room (RevPAR) of 214.08 euros and an Average Daily Rate (ADR) of 268.97 euros, both historical highs for this time of year.
