Marbella Sees 17% Increase in Foreign Visitors in July and Leads Hotel Profitability Indicators in Spain
Marbella has once again positioned itself as one of the most prominent tourist destinations in the Mediterranean during the month of July, with a significant increase in visitors compared to the previous year and record figures in hotel profitability, according to the latest data published by the National Institute of Statistics (INE). In total, the city welcomed 85,697 travelers – 11.9% more than in the same period in 2024 – who generated over 325,000 overnight stays, totaling 26,308 more hotel nights (an 8.79% increase) than in July of the previous year.
