Marbella commemorates Hispanic Day with an emotional Spanish flag-raising ceremony
The mayor of Marbella, Ángeles Muñoz, presided over today’s institutional ceremony of raising the Spanish flag held on Hispanic Day at the roundabout on Príncipe Alfonso de Honehlohe Avenue, which brought together representatives from security forces, civil and military authorities, members of the municipal corporation, and numerous residents. During her speech, the mayor emphasized that October 12th is a day of pride for what Spain represents, a land of shared values, and respect for all those who, throughout the centuries, have contributed to building our common identity.
