Marbella Commemorates European Local Democracy Week with Guided Tours of City Hall
Today, the City Hall has hosted guided tours of the Town Hall as part of the activities for European Local Democracy Week. The purpose was to bring the municipal institution closer to the citizens and to showcase its history, architecture, and the functioning of public services. The mayor, Ángeles Muñoz, and the councilor for Citizen Participation, Enrique Rodríguez, attended the event, which had two tour sessions at 10:00 and 12:00. The mayor emphasized the importance of opening the doors of the City Hall so that citizens can understand how their administration works and how decisions that directly impact their daily lives are made.
