Marbella City Council Recognizes the Selfless Work of Volunteers in the New Edition of the 2025 Solidarity Awards

The Cortijo Miraflores Cultural Center hosted yesterday afternoon the presentation of the 2025 Solidarity Awards, an event that brought together representatives from 21 social organizations and dozens of residents committed to improving their community. The event was attended by the councilor, Isabel Cintado, who highlighted ‘the essential role that volunteers play in building a more just and inclusive society.’ During the ceremony, organized by the Marbella Volunteer Promotion Platform, the selfless work of Ángela Callejas from the Marbella Voluntary Association was recognized as ‘Junior’ volunteer; Montse Morata from Casa Ángeles of the Global Gift Foundation as ‘Adult’ volunteer, and Clara Peker from the Cudeca Foundation as ‘Senior’ volunteer.
