Marbella City Council Proposes Urban Planning Rule Modifications to Boost Economic Activity
Today, Mayor Ángeles Muñoz met with representatives from the CIT Marbella Association, led by its president Juan José González, to discuss proposed modifications to urban planning rules that the City Council plans to approve by the end of June. The aim is to streamline and adapt the regulations to better suit the current needs of the town’s productive and business sectors. These changes are expected to encourage new projects, promote compatible land uses, and enhance investment and economic development opportunities in Marbella and San Pedro Alcántara.
