Marbella City Council Advances New Phase of Future Public Residence for Elderly
The Marbella City Council has given a new boost to the construction of the public residence for elderly residents of Trapiche del Prado with the start of a new phase of work focused on the facilities and interior finishes of the complex buildings. The project is expected to be completed in the coming months, addressing a long-standing demand from many residents. The ongoing works include electrical, air conditioning, ventilation, and plumbing installations in Building 2, as well as vertical and horizontal finishes. Simultaneously, masonry, enclosures, and interior finishes are progressing in Building 1, shaping the future spaces of the facility.
