Marbella Championship 2025 to Attract Over 1,200 Athletes from 48 Countries

The Marbella Championship 2025, in its fifth edition, will bring together more than 1,200 athletes from 48 countries, establishing the city as an international fitness hub from October 3rd to 5th. The Sports Councillor, Lisandro Vieytes, emphasized the promotional and touristic impact of the event, estimating a direct economic impact of 7 million euros. Participants are not only here to compete but also to enjoy the city before and after the event. The councillor highlighted how such events strengthen Marbella’s reputation as a top-tier sports destination, stressing the importance of public-private collaboration for the success of such competitions. It was also announced that sponsorship contracts have been secured for future editions, aiming to further grow and establish the championship as a leading ‘crossfit’ event in Europe.
