Marbella celebrates ‘Educating in Values’ day with the participation of 1,400 students and top speakers

The Adolfo Suárez Congress Palace hosted today the ‘Educating in Values’ day, organized by the Association ‘Since always and forever’ with the collaboration of the City Council. The event brought together 1,400 students from eleven high schools and colleges and featured top speakers such as coach Pedro García Aguado and paratriathlete and Olympic medalist Marta Francés, aiming to strengthen their ethical education and social projection. Deputy mayor Félix Romero, who participated in the event’s opening, emphasized that education ‘should be seen not only as a process of acquiring knowledge, but as a journey of self-discovery for young people’. He stressed that ‘instilling reflection on identity, personal boundaries, and contributing to a better society from an early age is a guarantee of a fairer future’, while also reaffirming that the City Council ‘will continue to support initiatives that promote a more engaged and caring citizenship’.
