Luz Casal and Carlos López-Otín Celebrate Friendship, Curiosity, and Poetry at Unforgettable Marpoética Inauguration
Singer Luz Casal and biochemist/molecular biologist Carlos López-Otín engaged in a captivating dialogue on Friday at the Marbella public during the inauguration of the eighth edition of the Marpoética festival. On stage at the Marbella City Theater, illuminated by the soft and warm light of a dozen antique lamps and accompanied by journalist Antonio Lucas, the scientist and the artist demonstrated that music, science, and poetry have much more in common than meets the eye, showing that all three disciplines are fueled by the same curiosity.
