Local Police Commits to Supporting Taxi Sector in Meeting with Taxisol President
This morning, the Councilor for Security, José Eduardo Díaz, met with the new president of Taxisol, José Antonio Cea, and assured him of the local police’s commitment to the transportation sector. The Local Police has a specific transportation unit in place to ensure high-quality service and combat unfair competition. The department is led by an inspector, a subinspector, and an officer, with several agents under their command. They conduct year-round campaigns to monitor and regulate VTCs and taxi drivers, at the request of the collective, to uphold excellence and compliance with regulations regarding attire, customer service, and documentation.
