Local Municipal in Marbella Este District to Be Adapted for Elderly Citizens
The City Council will adapt a municipal space located on Antonio de Nebrija Street, adjacent to the headquarters of the Marbella Este district, for the use and enjoyment of users, mainly from the Active Participation Center (CPA) Los Paisajes. The project, with a budget of 180,000 euros, is pending final administrative procedures to begin construction. Mayor Ángeles Muñoz explained that the expansion will involve adapting a space of approximately 250 square meters spread over two floors, allowing for ‘more space for all the activities carried out by a center like Los Paisajes, which already has over 1,000 users.’
