Local Government Concludes Second Edition of Women’s Training for Entrepreneurial Skills Improvement
The Department of Equality and Diversity organized the closing session today for the second edition of the training aimed at women to improve their entrepreneurial skills. The training involved 20 women who successfully completed the program. The councilor in charge, Isabel Cintado, expressed gratitude for the participants’ involvement in the initiative, which took place in April and May at the Marbellup center. The training consisted of seven 3-hour workshops focusing on topics such as time management, digital administrative management, personal branding, networking, female communication and leadership, empowerment, and negotiation strategies.
