Local Government Collaborates with Regional Council for Walk-in Vaccination Day Against Influenza and COVID-19
The local government is collaborating with the regional council for a walk-in vaccination day against influenza and COVID-19, which will take place tomorrow, December 13th, at La Cañada Shopping Center in Marbella from 11:30 am to 7:30 pm. The initiative is completely free and targets the entire target population using the Public Health System of Andalusia. The councilor, Alejandro González, explained that this action is part of the Strategic Vaccination Plan of the Ministry of Health, which will set up 41 points throughout the autonomous community, and encouraged all residents to participate, as prevention remains the most effective tool to protect against respiratory viruses, especially in older adults, individuals with pre-existing conditions, children, and pregnant women.
