Local Government and Regional Government Hand Over Keys to First Rental Homes for Young People in Marbella
The local government and the Andalusian Regional Government have handed over the keys to the tenants of the first specially regulated rental homes for young people in Marbella, located in Huerta de los Cristales. The properties were renovated in the former Official Language School building. Mayor Ángeles Muñoz, along with councilor Rocío Díaz, emphasized the collaborative effort between both administrations, calling it a significant step in providing access to housing and fostering new life projects.
