Local Government Advances in Digital Transformation with Comprehensive Diagnosis of Municipal Services

The local government continues to advance in its digital modernization with the implementation of a complete diagnosis of municipal services to renew public administration. The councilor in charge, Enrique Rodríguez, stated that the study, which covers 70 departments and will conclude in November, “will facilitate the establishment of an action plan in areas such as cybersecurity, data management, and citizen service.” The councilor, who informed about the initiative at today’s Local Government Board meeting, emphasized that this measure “responds to the commitment to build a connected and prepared administration for current challenges, using advanced solutions such as artificial intelligence.”
