Local Basketball Clubs Offered Scholarships and Special Price for Campus Carlos Cabezas

The City Council will provide local basketball clubs with a dozen scholarships and a special price for city residents to participate in the Campus Carlos Cabezas. The Sports Councillor, Lisandro Vieytes, attended the presentation of this initiative, which will take place from June 30 to July 5 in the pavilion named after the well-known former player, emphasizing the importance of keeping ‘his image linked to Marbella’. The camp will have a total of one hundred spots, and registrations can be made until June 14. The councillor highlighted the significance of resuming this event, as the last time it was held in the town was in 2008. ‘The City Council not only spoke with Cabezas to promote this activity but also serves as the main sponsors,’ he explained.
