Improvement of Pedestrian Accessibility in Guadiamar Street, San Pedro Alcántara
The City Council, through the Deputy Mayor’s Office of San Pedro Alcántara, has carried out sidewalk renovation and removal of architectural barriers on Guadiamar Street, aiming to bring the road in line with current regulations and enhance pedestrian safety. The Deputy Mayor of San Pedro, Javier García, stated that the intervention, costing 70,000 euros, was necessary due to the deteriorated condition of the north sidewalk, adjacent to the garden area, which was less than a meter wide and did not meet accessibility standards.
