Experts discuss proper management of feline colonies in Marbella’s first animal welfare conference
The Palace of Fairs and Congresses Adolfo Suárez hosted the first Animal Welfare and Feline Colonies Conference today, organized by the Marbella City Council. Specialists analyzed the correct management of caring for and feeding communities of stray cats. Sanitation councilor, Alejandro González, emphasized the importance of raising awareness among citizens on this issue, in line with the new Law on Animal Protection and Rights, which gives local administrations direct responsibility for feline colonies.
