Expanding the ‘Healthy Walks’ Initiative in Marbella to Promote Self-care

The City Council and the Regional Government of Andalusia are expanding the ‘Healthy Walks’ initiative to continue promoting self-care among the population. The Health Councilor, Alejandro González, has encouraged citizens to keep participating in this activity, which combines exercise, socializing, and health education. The initiative utilizes natural and urban spaces in Marbella and is organized in collaboration with health centers in Leganitos, Las Albarizas, and Ricardo Soriano. Attendance is free and no prior registration is required. Participants are advised to wear comfortable clothing, bring water and sunscreen, and the meeting point will be Marbell Center at 10:30 am.
