Completion of Full Renovation of Artificial Turf at Antonio Serrano Lima Football Field Nearing End
The City Council is making good progress in the full renovation of the artificial turf at the municipal football field Antonio Serrano Lima, a project that is now in its final stages and will be completely finished in the second half of August. The councilors for Works and Sports, Diego López and Lisandro Vieytes, visited the facilities today and emphasized that this intervention is part of a global strategy aimed at modernizing the city’s infrastructure and ensuring its quality for athletes, clubs, and municipal schools. Vieytes explained that the material replacement is already at one hundred percent completion and the final touches are being made, allowing for a full reopening in just two weeks. ‘More than 700 players will be able to enjoy a renewed and top-notch facility,’ the councilor highlighted.
