Closing of ‘Norma’ at Marbella City Theatre Concludes 16th Edition of ‘Marbella Dance Festival’

Marbella City Theatre will host the closing of the 16th edition of the ‘Marbella Dance Festival’ this Saturday, November 8th, at 8:00 pm, featuring the performance of ‘Norma’, a contemporary piece directed and choreographed by Antonio Ruz, National Dance Award winner. The show will be followed by an interactive session with the audience and the company, led by the creator himself. The performance aims to provide a critical reflection on the concept of normality through body language, addressing issues of identity, stereotypes, and diversity from a committed artistic perspective. The artistic cast includes performers Begoña Quiñones, Chelís Quinzá, Carlos Carvento, Alicia Narejos, and Manuel Martín. The dramaturgy is by Rosabel Huguet, with costumes and set design by Roberto Martínez and lighting design by Olga García.
