City Hall Opens Application Period for Sports Events in 2026
Starting tomorrow, Wednesday, October 15, and until November 30, the City Hall will be accepting applications for sports events to be held in the city in 2026. The councilor in charge, Lisandro Vieytes, emphasized the importance of submitting activities on time to be included in the official municipal agenda for the upcoming year. Failure to do so may result in events not being approved for execution. This year has seen 109 sports events so far, a number expected to reach around 130 by the end of 2025, with 11 of them being international, including the impactful Davis Cup tie.
